Thank you for trying DynaMine, a fast-action, puzzle-solving,
gem-collecting, explosive-using game of skill for IBM-PC compatibles.
Fun for ages 5, 25, 55, and better! This version contains on-line
help to answer the vast majority, if not all, of your questions.
Simply press F1 from the main menu screen for more help than you'll
ever really want.
The minimum system requirements for this game are a 286 (or faster)
microprocessor and a keyboard. A mouse is optional, and a Sound Blaster
compatible sound card with 400k of extended memory is also optional, but
highly recommended for the cool sound effects.
Have fun! And remember: "If at first you don't succeed, use dynamite!"

Since you're reading this, that's a good sign that you've already
unzipped the DynaMine software package. In that case, you're ready to
play! Just type 'dmine' from the installation directory (in DOS) to
start the game.
If you would prefer to run the game from Windows 3.1 or Win95, you
can follow one of the procedures below to add the DynaMine icon to your
desktop.
Adding DynaMine to Your Windows 3.1 Desktop
-------------------------------------------
1) Once you're in Windows, highlight the program group (e.g., Main,
Accessories, Games, etc.) to which you would like to add DynaMine.
Then select "File" from the Program Manager's menu bar, and choose
"New" from the options available.
2) Select "Program Item" and click OK.
3) For the description, enter "DynaMine 3.0".
For the command line, enter the installation directory followed by
"\dmine.exe". For example, if you installed DynaMine into the
directory "c:\dynamine", you would enter "c:\dynamine\dmine.exe"
for the command line.
For the working directory, enter the installation directory. For
example, if you installed DynaMine into the directory
"c:\dynamine", you would enter "c:\dynamine" for the working
directory.
4) Click on "Change Icon". For the file name, enter the installation
directory followed by "\dmine.ico". For example, if you installed
DynaMine into the directory "c:\dynamine", you would enter
"c:\dynamine\dmine.ico" for the file name. Select the DynaMine
icon and click OK.
5) Click OK to finish creating the program item. Now you can
double-click on the DynaMine icon to start playing!
Adding DynaMine to Your Win95 Desktop
-------------------------------------
1) Once you're in Win95, click on "Start", select "Settings", and choose
"Taskbar" from the options available.
2) Click on the "Start Menu Programs" tab, and click the "Advanced"
button.
3) On the left-hand side of the Explorer window, highlight the folder
into which you would like to place DynaMine.
4) Select "File" from the menu bar, choose "New", and then choose
"Shortcut" from the options available.
5) For the command line, enter the installation directory followed by
"\dmine.exe". For example, if you installed DynaMine into the
directory "c:\dynamine", you would enter "c:\dynamine\dmine.exe"
for the command line. Click the "Next" button.
For the shortcut name, enter "DynaMine
